Eat something fucking healthy! Eat some fruit. Drink some water.

Don't worry about being too fat, or too thin.. Worry about being healthy.

Wear what makes YOU comfortable.

Love yourself, for fucks sake.

Sleep in. Have fun. Do what you love.

Go on adventures. Make something. DO something.
